Very very rude, two boys working there wearing headsets, seem to be friends. We’re hurling abuse at a lady infront. When it was my turn the lady was pleasant, but the two young boys behind kept on making comments on my looks. I think one may be a supervisor or manager. Have heard a lot of complaints about them but get away as in a higher position. I went here every single day I have now boycotted due to the disgusting young Asian boys at the back abusing and luring women. Thank god for dash cam :)

Sadly have to change my review for this specific location. If THEY are going to ask for the specifics "do you want coffee in this" and "do you want whipped cream" you'd expect to get both of them. Last time we didn't get whipped cream. This time we didn't even get coffee either!? The instructions were so simple. Dissatisfied with this location as they can't get a drink right.

This review is about the cafe inside the services not the drive thru. First time I’ve ever been to a cafe (anywhere in the world) and they had ‘no milk’ . What a joke.

Me and my family were ordering and we had to wait half an hour one drink was missing when said that we don't order he went to go make one and took one hour and never came back so went back in the drive through and asked for the manager a man said Is there any problems my nan said that she wanted his name for a review and he said that he will not give her that and a kind woman helped uss out that was actually the manager and brought my Nana's drink so they lied to uss and scammed us

Exceptionally clean.Staff extreemly attentive. Display of products for sale presented beautifully lovely ambience.all made for a very pleasant stop .well done Staff

I cannot express how shockingly slow the service was. 30 mins to go through a drive through with 6 cars in the queue? Never will I ever use this service again, I will go inside. Every car was waiting 5 mins at the window!

The staff were friendly and the coffee was as it should be, however, some customer service skills just to apologise for the time would have been appreciated.

Starbucks need to sort out the drive through menu & ordering screens. They haven’t worked in over 12 months!
