It's cosy, there's free Wi-Fi, the food and drink is really good and the staff are friendly. What more could you ask for from a coffee shop? Prices are a bit more expensive than I would've liked however it is completely worth it. It's usually quite busy but that's okay because there are loads of seats available. A great alternative to Starbucks and Costa.

Not very clean in the store. Pistachio frappe didn't look anything like the picture - had to specifically ask for the whipped cream to be added and definitely none of the bits sprinkled on top. They made my drink before I'd paid which left me awkwardly standing by the tills thinking they'd forgotten. Even though I said eat in when asked they still made it in a plastic cup rather than a reusable glass like the photo. My white paper straw had chocolate (?) stain on it when it was given to me (my drink didn't have chocolate that colour in) so I didn't use the straw. Drink was £4.

We bloomin' love it here. My partner and I have been regulars for more than a year and besides the fact the coffee is good, it's the people who keep us coming back. Shout out to Ben who made my latte today!

Always kind and friendly when we visit with our day service, especially the cute blonde with the ink and piercings 🙈

Good example of Cafe Nero chain. Very busy when I visited. Staff were coping but there was a queue for service and some potential customers gave up before reaching the service point. Clean but there are signs of wear and tear, not so bad as to make you think twice about visiting.

The coffee was nice and the place is clean and welcoming. The staff are really efficient and friendly too.

The best part is they allow dogs in. Now, we don't have a dog but this policy allows for great entertainment. As we were leaving we got to see a very posh man wrestle his greyhound who had stolen his panini. It was worth the visit for that alone.

Coffee good, but tables dirty, no loo roll in disabled toilet, clearly not checked before they opened for the day.
