Starbucks Coffee

Almost always a queue and for some bizarre reason, at 15:00 (closes at 17:00) all the inside seats are on the tables, so you cannot sit down and it looks as if they are closing. It is run as if they want to shut up shop early and don't want your custom. It's been like this the past 3 times i've been. Shockingly bad retailing and I would hope the area management take a serious look at the store management.

Such amazing staff at this store, all of them go above and beyond but especially Clinton and Shannon, seriously amazing customer service from both of them. They are always happy to help, so friendly and not to mention the BEST coffee I’ve ever had from any Starbucks!

This coffee shop is by far the best in rugby. It’s my go to every time as the staff are always polite and friendly even after a long day themselves.

The supervisor Shannon goes above and beyond with my order everytime. She makes the best frappucinos and always serves with a smile.

Definitely recommend anybody visiting Starbucks Rugby for the best coffee and drinks around!!!

Bought a couple of coffee's from here and even though they were short staffed we were served very quickly by the two girls on the counter. Nearly didn't go in though as from outside on a sunny day it wasn't very clear if the place was actually open. There was a reduced service on the day we visited too so it was just take out service too. Will definitely be back though

Appalling experience at Starbucks. Visited mid-day on a Sunday, and the staff really seemed to struggle with making any of the orders, to a point we were left waiting a staggering 25 minutes after paying, for one pumpkin spiced Frappuccino. Despite taking your name when you pay and writing it on the cup or applying an order sticker to the cup with your name, they insist in reading out the order - and not the name, which made it more confusing as most people seemed to have ordered some king of pumpkin spiced drink. Even when they did read out names (though rare) they’d call ‘Erin’ but the cup clearly had ‘Clara’ written on it.

The whole thing was totally unorganised, inefficient, and incredibly infuriating. We have visited previously - it’s always a long time to wait for an order, despite a number of staff being behind the till. They seem to lack any process, or knowledge of how to make the drinks from the menu board.

Once we finally got the Frappuccino, it was very disappointing, and the slice of banana bread was cardboardy and very dry.
I usually love Starbucks (elsewhere) but at this one in Elliot’s Fields in Rugby, it’s a very poor experience.

I am really disheartened by reading these comments and they have actually annoyed me a little. I go to this Starbucks nearly every Saturday and Friday, which is perhaps the busiest time, and yes there is a queue which mores quickly!!!! What do expect going in to a chain coffee shop that is super
Popular ?????? The staff are just trying their best, and are always lovely to me. So my advice is if you see a queue and you don’t want to wait go somewhere else if you don’t like queueing, don’t see there’s a queue and just stand in it angrily. Half these comments are complaining about things completely out of the staffs control, do you really think the staff can help it when it’s busy ????? A very structured layout, doesn't give an informal feeling, as everything in straight lines. Very busy on weekend's and always running out of sandwiches and cakes... Need to increase you behind the counter stocks....

Lovely staff/baristas, fast service and yummy drinks! Cafe was clean and drinks have lovely latte art! I’ll definitely be coming back here again!
