Costa Coffee

Great Americano as usual. Included a mince pie today which was tasty. Service from the manager Richard was friendly and efficient.

Usual fate that is the standard in Costa. Sadly the staff weren't up to the usual standards. One member if staff not in uniform wandering around with an unlit cigarette in his hand. Other members if staff busy cleaning (which is good) but pretty much sweeping under the seats we were sitting on. Be better to give the customers a bit more room

Friendly staff, one guy in particular always in a good mood. Always seem to time it that it's never been too noisy or busy in there so quite relaxing. I use it to kill time with a Latte while my son attends an appointment locally.

This is my personal favourite Costa in the area. It's not as big as most of the others, but, it makes up for it by it's friendly atmosphere and service. In terms of the quality of food and drink on offer it's standard Costa fare. My only issue is the limited parking in the area, but again, as with many Costa premises that's because it is located on a busy high road.

Costa have the right formula. Let's face it, three quid for a coffee you can have at home, but no ambiance and jester of the barrista. It's the new wine bar of the century.

I have been in many Costa's all over the country, the branch in Boscombe has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in this chain. The coffee shop itself was clean and as you'd expect from Costa but a cold unwelcoming atmosphere. Having worked and trained staff in customer services for many years, I can only assume that good customer service skills are either no longer being taught or they've been privatised. I will not be returning to this branch.
