Costa Coffee

Overall a good Costa experience. Seating areas good especially the conservatory. Queues can build up.

Normally this place is fine. But why they don't upload information like closing before time on their website. Today they closed before closing time. We walked 30 minute only to find they are closed early. 😞

Nice little store, but couldn't use my card to get my free Birthday treat or register purchase. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Complete dum-dum on the till screwing up my Fiancé's experience (in regards to paying), and the cake purchased was' dry and unloved'. The Coffee itself WAS good ☕👌

Visited for a festive hot chocolate (and toblerone latte in my case) with the family on Christmas eve. Really appreciated being allowed to bring our spaniel in to sit in the back room. Hot drinks delicious and we also tried a white chocolate tiffin slice - pricey but a lovely treat!

Good service & quick has indoor seating! Only bad thing was they mixed up mine and my grandmas coffee. And didn’t add marshmallows when asked for her hot chocolate.

Friendly staff, good food and drinks.... Great atmosphere 👌

Some attitude from the barista.
Asked twice to have the drinks staying in and yet I got takeaway paper cups. When mentioned to the barista (for 3rd time) she rolled eyes with attitude. In the end I had them in the papercup to avoid having the drink spit. Not even a thank you.
Worth notice the place was not busy and wasn't any queue behind me.
Taste met the Costa standards and place was clean and pleasant.
