Starbucks Coffee

Everytime I go in I am greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. Lily is a very pleasant lady and remembers my order without a seconds hesitation. I always enjoy going here.

One star is too much for you guys. Customer service zaro. Water tab was on for over 10 minutes without using. And all our refresher drinks just ice. Picture below.

A very friendly young girl served me, she was working very hard in hot conditions. This Starbucks should have aircon for the comfort of their staff and customers alike. However, this coffee shop was very clean, tidy and bright. My Americano was just what I needed and the snacks and sandwiches etc. were well stocked. Good wheelchair access too. I recommend this coffee shop. 👌

Had cold drink that was so full of ice that the drink itself that cost me over £4.00 was half full !!!!

Overpriced hot chocolate but served with a smile

Very conveniently situated just to the right of the hotel reception desk. When I visited the seating area was clean and tidy. However there was a distinct lack of staff to serve which led to a large queue. Errors were being made on some orders but I cannot blame the member of staff who was doing her best whilst being rushed off her feet. Due to Covid and supply chain shortages they were running low on some food items but hot drinks were fully available.

Nice place and nice staff but the coffee we got was horried and milky. By the time it had cooled to drink were already on the back roads 5 mins down the road and i wasnt turning back around to get another one made. Inside a nice hotel, clean. No loos but they have them on site in the complex.
