Super coffee, stronger than other cafes. Nice to sit outside in sunny weather. Quite quick service on Saturday mornings when the whole of Reigate is buzzing.

It's my third time drinking coffee in this store and nothing changed, I found every single time the tables were full of trays, right next to that elevator could easily place two stands for trays and then take them down once they've filled out, taking in consideration the number of customers that steps in Daily I strongly recommend to check the whole tables every 15-30 mins, and a monitor for CCTV in the bar could also help to determine if necessary to clean the floor or not.
Many thanks!

Service has been so slow of late, people end up leaving the queue. Some of the staff just don't seem to care. No management around. I also watched one staff members old festival bracelet fall in someone's coffee (in between his rubbing his nose). Pretty gross.

Awful slow service. Waited in a queue of FOUR people for 15 minutes to be served. The staff have no idea about food hygiene, wearing long earring, long hair not tied back, loads of bracelets!
Disgusting service and behaviour. A manager needs to get involved ASAP.

Awful chain that hasn’t paid tax in the UK for decades (google it!) … we are in the middle of a cost of living crises and every penny that is sent to shell companies overseas is a leakage to the UK economy and makes us all poorer - spend your money with locally owned, tax paying companies instead!

Popped in for a coffee. Very good. Good atmosphere. Plenty of seating upstairs.

The upstairs doubles as a bus shelter for kids from Reigate College to sit around and not buy anything, and the staff are too busy trying to be cool to look after paying customers.
