Costa Coffee Thorpe Bay

Massive thank you to George and Zamira for helping us stay cool with 4 customised Frappes - we know we were difficult with our requests and it’s far to ‘HOT’ to be messing around today. But, we were so grateful and they were soooo nice. Thanks for also helping to keep Milo (the dog) cool and hydrated with some fresh ice water and cream!!🐶😊

Look, its a Costa coffee place. Its exactly what you expect, clean, calm vibes, good coffee, pleasant staff, a wide variety of snacks and confections on offer, you know the drill.

Great Costa in a lovely location. Staff are always friendly and the place is spotless.

This isn’t always my first Costa stop. But whenever I’m in the area I come in. Always clean. Always friendly.

Friendly happy staff, my morning go to everyday

The staff members were friendly however when I ordered my chicken wrap it was cold. I told the staff members and they immediately re-toasted it and it was burnt and as hard as a rock. It was impossible to bite into and looked and tasted extremely unappetising. I expect a popular chain like Costa to make a new wrap for you when asked as it's expensive. But they have no dignity to themselves and their reputation. Charging a lot of money for a small wrap that isn't even edible is unbelievable. Will not be coming back.

Awful tasting coffee. More akin to what I imagine bath water to taste like after giving the dog a wash. Asked for it to not to be too hot but as with all Costas, recieved something that peeled the tip of my tongue off.
