Pleasant decor, and tasty coffee. However, the counter assistant spoke very quickly, and without any real connection with us, and it made us feel like she didn't care much about her customers.

Lovely staff. Most of which seemed they had been in a magazine in a fashion shoot!!! Coffee in point as standard. Seating upstairs really good to study though disappointed that it shuts around 3 on top floor as normally like to study all day. So if you need a chilled place to take a breather with a coffee and eye candy, this is your place.

Clean & Tidy establishment with friendly staff.
Excellent food & drink range.
Nice seating inside and outside with cover for outside.
Ideal for a coffee after a day's shopping

Absolutely adore this little place, they don't always have food available that I can eat but the drinks are always great plus the staff are all so friendly and welcoming.

Not keen on the food and think it's very overpriced for what it is. Whenever I walk in, I always find tables to be dirty. I personally don't think the seating is that comfortable downstairs.

The coffee is nice and strong when you need to be woken up, although you just need to accept how long the queue always is when waiting.

Great coffee and great service from the staff. Also noticed when I went in the staff that weren't busy serving customers kept themselves busy by cleaning those hard to reach areas of the coffee shop (always nice to see).

The coffee was nice and the staff seemed nice but only two stars because the bogs were disgusting.
