Went with my hubby today for lunch as previously when I've walked past the food looked good. We weren't disappointed. We had a cheese and ham ploughman's and a bacon, brie and cranberry panini and tea for 2 served in a lovely china teapot. Had to wait 15 mins for food but was pre warned as they were so busy. We highly recommend Frederick's to anyone looking for really good tasty food and pleasant staff. 💯👌

Friendly staff and tasty snacks. Limited seating on ground floor but believe more seating on another floor. Snacks limited on choice due to "kitchen" limitations- disappointed no bacon roll! Even so, would go again.

Busy little high street cafe, our sandwiches were freshly made and the coronation chicken was also made in house not bought in, home made cakes again were delicious, if I was going for a special occasion I would probably book as it is busy. We loved everything about it.

Perfect for a spot of tea but the best part are the gluten free cakes 🥰. The staff are always friendly also x

What a great place! My wife has a gluten allergy and they had gluten free bread and jacket potatoes which she enjoyed. They also had some gluten free cakes which went down well.

I had bacon quiche which was the best I’ve ever had, followed by Victoria sponge which was also great. We enjoyed it so much we went back the following day and had a great coronation chicken sandwich and a bake cake thing which was incredible. The sandwich had loads of filling! They have some tables outside, the toilet was super clean, and the staff were really friendly, we wouldn’t hesitate to go back if we’re in the area again.

It's always lovely here and ideal if you crave a toasted sandwich after a visit to the cinema

Stopped here for lunch, my two dogs were given a lovely welcome but they were very well behaved. Had a coronation chicken sandwich which was really delicious. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Thank you.
