Great terrace, too bad the tables don't get cleaned (none did in the time I spent there, people just push stuff onto other empty tables when they arrive), and the coffee is not great. I wish they switched the location with Nero that only has 3 always occupied outdoor tables.

Very rude staff , I ordered iced coffee , hot chocolate, some cookies, I asked them I'll dine in , but they gave me take out, table was unclean, as you can see on the pictures.

Quite decent staff, went to this coffee shop few times. They don't always have cold drinks I prefer available. By time I visited the outside sitting area was closed, was little bit disappointed but was nice quiet and good experience this time round.

We went all the way from the neighborhood to the nearest Starbucks branch to have a little cafe scene, on a Saturday morning. I wish we had our coffees in the actual Starbucks coffee mugs, but the Batista there told us they don't have enough mugs which was a little disappointing. Apart from it the pumpkin spice latte rocks as always.

Staff clearly aren't trained properly as any drink that isn't basic that seem to never be able to make it right as never putting the right think in or anything, they only make basic coffee even when you ask for a "fancy" coffee, no matter what it will come back as a basic coffee or drink. The whole staff needs replacing as they do not know what they are doing
