Ordered a peach iced tea today after waiting 20 minutes for it to be made and initially being given the wrong drink. I received urine in a cup which was warm and had no flavour. Thanks Costa...

Good coffee, good service...BUT marked down as the carpets in the seating area had not been cleaned for a very long time!! Filthy in fact. Ground in food and stains and loose food remnants all over. Put us off being there AND they had only just opened in the morning. I don't think Costa employ cleaning specific staff, relying upon baristas to do it when they can. A lazy attitude to cleanliness!!!

It's generally been nice when I've visited here. Not normally much of a queue, but if there is you still don't have to wait for long. Nice coffee too.

A Costa is a Costa, but what makes this place special are the staff. The always cheery chap that works in there lifts spirits (perhaps he doesn't realise the difference he makes to people, but it brightens my day every time). And about a month ago I was in there when an elderly man dropped his sausage sandwich and then had a fall when he tried to pick it up. The staff were brilliant, and wouldn't let him pay a penny for the replacement sandwich they got him. That little bit of kindness was noted and appreciated by all of us.

Love the place so much, came with my girlfriend this Thursday, and the service was impeccable, was served by a very friendly and accommodating, bearded handsome stunning, incredible man - all I can do is give love to his wife and kids

Very rude staff. Seemed very impatient with my boy with down syndrome. He was looking at the different drinks, and due to his learning difficulties it takes him a while. She was rolling her eyes back, and was speaking in a dull tone and unkind manner. She then proceeded to say “i haven’t got all day, to care for you and your fat quadriplegic son” I was dumbfounded! Never in my 45 years of going to costa coffee, would i have thought i would receive such remarks. After politely asking to speak to her higher ups, she became very agressive, capturing the attention of the other customers in the cafe. I told her to calm down, which she responded with batista bombing my poor boy onto the counter by the lady. i saw his chubby lifeless distraught body collapse in defeat against the shiny mahogany countertop. I acted with reason and did an Orbital Shoulder Throw onto her, which sent her flying. I managed to fracture her skull, Great Success!! Now all that was left was the other staff member. She stared me down in fury, Which did not phase me. I then rhino charged at her and finished her off with a gutbuster knee smash. i was victorious. At last i was able to avenge my boys defeat. Would not recommend 0/10 they also have me funny looks.

Staff were very rude and not understanding at all. My physically disabled boy was refused access and told “he was not fit for this restaurant”. Would not recommend.
