Super service and the coffee is fantastic. I ordered a Salt Beef bagel which was very tasty. Will definitely be back

Grabbed a coffee before leaving Liverpool. They use my favourite oat milk! And had choices for coffee beans and a general real good vibe going on! Loved their eco cup options but I have too many already (just not with me at that time), so I resisted! Great service, excellent location & delicious coffee! If I come back to Liverpool I will definitely return to Black Sheep Coffee! 😁

The kids and I went on a trip to Liverpool. We had to check the new store. And again, didn't disappoint us. Great atmosphere and service, very friendly staff. Love the design. The kids enjoyed the hot chocolate, babyccino and waffles while I had my latte and waffle too. I will recommend the place.

If you want to be a cafe that serves specialised coffee, you have to adhere to the simplest standards of specialised coffee. The performance of the barsta was disappointing. Libra was not used in preparing the V60. How is this drink made without a scale? You have to prepare it correctly or you have to cancel it from the list.

New kid on the block, lets give it a go! Order on the touchpoint machines as you arrive, and pay by card only. Queue up, wait for it to be called by the name you chosen, and bobs your uncle and fanny's your aunt, your drink/ food is made! I like this way of ordering. If the drink is wrong, its most likely your error. Whenever i tell starbucks my name is David, they have written, Davis, Savit, Dayid, Avid, which is all well and good, if those people were the ones paying for my drink.
There are different types of coffee available so choose according to your taste, Ie hazlenutty, citrusy blah blah etc. I chose the large flat white with soya milk with the robusta coffee. Must say, I was impressed. We had no longer a wait than elsewhere and I downloaded the app, the same version caffe nero use via yoyo, to begin the build up of loyalty for a free drink! 10th drink free currently. I am a die hard starbucks fan, but this, this was different. I had no order/ staff issues as previously stated but be patient, and it will come when it's ready, we are all human after all. Enjoy!

The atmosphere is quite different than other coffee shops.
I enjoy the Cortado coffee with robusta bean.
The staff always seems busy and not smiling at all.

Don’t waste your time on the queue, just go ahead to one of the screens.

As a new coffee shop in the city we thought we'd try recently, but it was quite disappointing. As the front doors were open the entire shop was freezing, the opposite of the relaxing feeling you want in a cafe, we tried to order food but it felt like almost everything was off that day. Wanted hot food for lunch but ended up with a sausage roll and cookie between us. All of our drinks and food were called separately, meaning I had to make 4 trips to the counter to collect. With such a wonderful choice of places to get food and coffee in Liverpool, there's definitely no reasons to pick this one over anywhere else.

Everything must be ordered on self service terminals. Lots of things were out of stock but still able to be ordered and only when they get to preparing your order 10 minutes later are you told.

You select whether to have your coffee in a takeaway cup or mug. Was served coffee in a cardboard cup despite selecting a ceramic mug. It was busy so maybe they had run out, but again, because of the self service machines you don't know this until it's too late.

Front doors were purposefully left open despite it being 0°C outside. We were at the other end of the cafe from the doors and it was still freezing. We left because of this. I don't come to a coffee shop to drink out of cardboard cups in the cold.

Barely enough staff to make coffee, let alone clear the tables and update the stock on the self-service machines. The queue was huge at times.

2 stars given because the coffee was actually good and there were 2 choices of beans (but who drinks robusta?!).
