On a cycle route we arrived here at 11.55 but thankfully they let us order breakfast. It was a long wait due to them being so busy but well worth it. Freshly cooked sausages from a local butchers were superb along with bacon, eggs etc. Very friendly staff. Thanks for making our ride round the New Forest even more enjoyable!

Excellent breakfast, especially the sausages which are from the other side of the road. Very reasonably priced, and the owner even suggested some nicer quieter roads for cycling home. Definitely recommend

Extremely friendly & helpful service. Patiently guided us on our bike ride route & kindly replenished our water bottles. Lovely coffee, cakes & icecreams.

Went for a coffee. No WiFi available. Strange customer service. Could overhear all the kitchen arguments and conversations between staff. Was chased down the road after paying as apparently I needed to pay an extra 40p as I was wrongly charged at the till. Expensive coffee for what it was. Cannot comment on food as I didn't have any. Was considering taking the family for breakfast later in the week but after today's experience I think we'll look elsewhere.

We have been to this cafe whilst on holiday before, so on our last day on holiday this year we decided to treat our two children to a piece of cake and a drink (or so we thought).
Upon arrival there was a table of 4 available. As we walk through the door, before I could even speak, we were greeted by an extremely rude manager. Who starts ranting at me, "look we are very busy, ran off our feet, so whatever you want.." with waving hands to match the aggressive rant.
This was done loud in front of all the other customers and I was really embarrassed and completely put a downer on our last day.
We were so taken aback I couldn't actually respond and turned around to see my stunned children's faces and I just said to them come on let's go somewhere else.
Completely rude and unprofessional, needs to learn how to treat customers. We will never go back.

Very friendly couple serving. I had mushroom omelette and husband had sausage sandwich, both of which were delicious. Coffee was very good. Would definitely return when next in the area.

Tasty breakfast with awesome sausages from the neighbouring butcher (the most important part of a good breakfast!)
