Starbucks Coffee

Extremely slow service, slowest service I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks. Took 25 mins just waiting in line to get our coffee, the line had 9 people in it just waiting to get their drinks.

Also no indication that the long lines are for those who are already ordered, spent 10 minutes waiting in line only to realise that that was a line for those who already ordered.. shocking.

Would be nice for the cashier to call out “next customer” .. thought this was part of basic customer service.

Shockingly slow service, ridiculous wait times, do not recommend if you’re in a rush.

Dark, dingy, uninspiring and not somewhere i can imagine anyone would want to sit, meet friends or share a coffee with a love one. This Starbucks could do with a total refurbishment. You never know it might help to motivate the staff and help them to feel proud if their work environment. Which i very much doubt they feel at present. I love the coffee brand, but would rather sit in my car at the drive through, than in the town center coffee shop whilst it remains in the state it is 🙁

What is it with these places that no one cleans up?! Dirty tables everywhere one staff member playing on his phone, two others listening to some voicemail or video on a phone ....

By no means just Starbucks, Costa and Muffin break in Bury all the same. Went in an independent place was immaculate...your choice but support the independent locals instead

Staff are great, but the café is very dark & dim for my liking. Seats & sofas need s thorough clean as quite stained.
Products are excellent, place is clean.

We ordered the Christmas drink which is very nice.
The only downside is staff should monitor the table and chairs to look tidy and clean. I'm Observing people thinking where we gonna seat. Cups left in the table and needs wipe for next costumer....

Enjoyed a relaxing break with a lovely drink and naughty cake in the spacious lounge, which was very clean comfy!! The toilet facilities were well kept. The staff could not have been more pleasant. Well done 👏

Dark and dingy, whilst clearing other tables the staff dumped the collecting tray on my table in front of me then wandered around collecting dirty cups and dumping them. When finished he apologised but bit late by then!!!
