Costa Coffee

Coffee was good but service was appalling. Two girls who made my drinks cod not stop talking to each other but constantly stoping to do so, hence took a long time to prepare two drinks. Not one thought that as the customer I am supplying the money that pays their wages. Won't be back. Also not pleasant to have a staff member cleaning the floor and moving chairs and tables around where you are sitting trying to have a peaceful coffee. Worst Costa ever

Well why is the price the same then?

They need to treat people with respect. To some, a proper porcelain is still a thing when having a coffee when staying in!

This was the first visit to Costa, didn't realise the set up, wanted their Christmas toasted sandwich. Finally got along the counter to ask, having passed all the cakes etc to be told they are all there to be picked up as self service. Well, hadn't seen them to pick up because nothing there. Ok I'll have the soup that's on you're menu - don't sell soup at this branch. Due to the que by now unable at this point to go backwards to even pick a cake. So just coffee won't bore you with that palaver too but rest assured I will never go back to Costa Coffee, Bridgwater.

25 minutes to be served, no adequate seating and very expensive (£8 for a medium hot chocolate and a bacon sandwich). The price does not reflect the service or quality.

It was twenty to eleven, when we joined on the queue, with few people in front of us, but we just missed the meal deal that served untill 11am, so the service was very slow and inefficient. Behind us was a giant queue all the way to outside. Apart from that, the atmosphere was nice and friendly.

The coffee(flat white) was fine. The only reason for the low score was due to the staff. The tall young lady was very very grumpy. The service was as basic as you could get. With a flick of the head to her right "Go stand somewhere safe".
The I stand in said safe place and await the arrival of my coffee. FLAT WHITE, I hear. Its plopped onto the counter near me. Absolutely not face contact, no politeness.
If they have had a bad day, it's not the customers fault.
