Starbucks Coffee

Extremely poor service and the worst service I’ve ever had from any starbucks throughout the world. The team are happy to keep 10 customers waiting for more than 10 minutes whilst all the staff accommodate 1 large order. Two cash tills, two coffee machines and 8 staff should be able to accommodate everyone in a reasonable time frame. Who ever is responsible for controlling the team needs so training on through put. I would recommend using the cafe opposite if you don’t want to wait between 10 and 15 minuets for 1 coffee.

Starbucks... Only went as there was nothing closer, as usual really drinks taste like sh..t... Place it self is lovely and staff are very friendly. But for drink quality and price you better going to Costa or Coffee republic

Staff were helpful, fast & efficient. Had a cold brew coffee, which was nice in a hot day. Went down very quickly! You can sit on the large benches here and look out over the ice rink.

A wonderful hiden gem. Came in late at 8pm on a saturday.
Was greeted by a lovely Kat who served me with fab suggestions :-) 2 other staff on but didnt get there names off there name badge but both were really friendly. Drinks were lovely and the kids were fab for little ones thank you very much

Good coffee and cake (although I’m sure they’re getting smaller...!). Unfortunately all the tables were dirty and it was chaotic - no staff at all that I could see cleaning / clearing the tables. Looked like some staffing problems to be fair....

It took 3 attempts to make a coffee and it was still luke warm when I gave up and just accepted it. 3 young girls left to run the place, they don't look old enough to drink coffee let alone make it.

I used to like it in there, but the place has gone downhill, feels a bit grotty and dirty in there now.

No gluten free cake and didn't appear to care less. Its a chain of coffee houses and you expect the same service at every one. Cappuccino not hot enough..Cup not heated or no thermometer check. Either way the whole experience was poor.

While the service was fast and the staff friendly, this place is a dump. Tables covered in filthy cups and spoons. Rubbish all over the floor. Not a place you'd want to sit and enjoy a drink.
