A B's Coffee & Cakes

Had 2 Paninis, which were ok, my wife's needed more filling, sausage roll, a coke and a bottle of water. The guy who runs it then offered us 3 for 2 on twix choc bars, which my son jumped at. The total cost was £17.45. When I queried the cost the twix,bearing in mind there for on a 3 for 2 deal cost £3. Very average, would not eat there again.

Brilliant place this... very very friendly staff and their breakfasts are the best in town! Used to be a very regular customer here but since having a mental breakdown I haven't been out but if I ever manage to venture out I make sure to stop by ABs 😊

Ordered 2 twix milkshakes and given 1 at a cost of £4.75. ordered another as kids were expecting. Board said £2.75! Taste was poor and ice cubes used to supplement ice-cream. Kids didn't hardly eat any. Premium price, non engaging staff. Avoid, terrible place to eat, better off at maccy D's.

Wasn't that great i hadn't sat down and noticed my daughter needed a nappy change and asked for them to wait till i got back before make it. I was told ok It wasn't started when i left, i was gone about 10 minutes to come back to be told they cooked the breakfast for me and the scrambled egg for my daughter and kept it warm. Was supposed to be my daughters birthday breakfast my two fried egg was mushed up had one bacon that wasn't a full piece and one sausage and two spoons of beans in a tub. And the toast was eatable The coffee was ok not as good as costa. And she did change it from a cup into a take a way cup but instead of coming to me i had to leave my child and stuff and hand it to her. Also when i got back from the toilet i got handed my breakfast in my hand whilst i had my 2 year old daughter in my arms and pushchair in other hand no offer to take it to the table. Won't be having breakfast here again ever If you want a decent breakfast by that i mean cooked and displayed well on your plate then pop in to Corey's wish i had now. And before anyone says anything i wasn't going to wait for another breakfast to be made as the womans body language and tone of voice when handing it me said otherwise.
They need to improve customer service load and they're cooking skills also need improvement especially when they wasn't busy at all most of the tables was empty at the time i arrived.

Jus bought hot chocolate with soya milk, tasted lovely but I was staggered to have been charged seventy (70) pence for the soya milk. I think this is outrageous as I have never been charged extra for soya milk anywhere before. Will not be having it here again until they sort out pricing

I have used ABs on many occasions & been totally satisfied but regrettably today I was most disappointed with the quality of the coffee that was served to me it was more like coffee flavoured milk & if it wasn't for the queue of people waiting to be served, I would have taken it back. Most disappointing .

The coffee is passable but the hot chocolate as way too watery and the equipment they use looks like it's from the 80s.

Also. I can see the muffins. If I wanted one I would have ordered one.

Assuming you just want to sit down and don't expect high quality caffeine this is your place.

The worst sandwhich i have ever had.
Three of us went to have lunch on tuesday feb 18th 2002 we ordered coffee's and bacon and cheese toasties. The coffee's were nice but the sandwiches were awful tasted really salty and when i looked the bacon looked like it was starting to go off didn't eat much of the bacon will never go there again
