A really great place if you love teapots, it has a museum of 8000 teapots! We did a pottery painting session for a friend's birthday, it was very therapeutic. We had high tea with it, which was individual sandwiches and home-made scones and pots of tea. Lovely little place near a river.

We went to Yalding so our dogs could have a splash around in the water for a few hours and then we popped in to teapot island for lunch, the food was lovely but for the four of us was nearly £60 which seemed a bit expensive just for a cafe so I'd advise to take a picnic or even a bbq to save money.

I arrived on a sunny Monday after a very busy sunny weekend. This meant that a number of items were not on the menu. Fortunately this did not affect my choice - a BLT on a brown baguette. I was very happy to sit inside in the air conditioned room.

Visited today for the first time today and we had such a lovely time. The breakfasts we had were very generous for the price and delicious! It is always lovely to find somewhere that has a play area and not only did this have but the atmosphere was very relaxed and family friendly. The staff were welcoming too and couldn't do enough for you. The view is lovely and the ice-cream wasn't bad either! Thank you for a lovely time and we will definitely be back.

Run down and lacks magic that the title of ‘Teapot Island’ suggests. Really disappointing. The owner would rather shout for his staff to come serve people that get up and serve himself. Very odd atmosphere. The teapot exhibition was quirky and the collection was vast, hence the two stars not one. The tea was cheap and tasted like dishwater, not what you would expect from a ‘Teapot island’.

Friendly staff and lovely food at the delightful teapot island with riverside seating and a teapot museum.

Arrived late - as they were closing - but we were welcomed in. Had a pot of tea and sat there and chatted a while - it was a cold day - but I’m sure the location is lovey with a big outside area and lovely position by the river … inside the tea room- a bit stark with the tiles - but done as a precaution for the odd floods - but otherwise nice. And I’m sure we will be back for a Sunday lunch … and the tea pot display was great !!
