Very calming and pleasant atmosphere. Staff are very welcoming and friendly.

If I could put a minus score I would. My husband and I sanitized our hands on arrival, and was met at our table by a very rude man who asked us to wear a mask, I explained that we were exempt and showed him our exemption cards. He rudely said something that I could not hear under his breath and promptly walked off tutting. Customer service is terrible. My husband and I walked out

Would absolutely highly recommend it, the coffee's are amazing, as are all the other drinks, The food on offer is always freshly made and very tasty to, Love the lobby 👌

Love the white hot chocolate they serve here, sadly didn't have any this time.
