Costa Coffee

First time at this location, not many in store but drive though was busy. Took a while to get served even though there were at least three if not four staff present. The young girl who served me was working hard and she was pleasnt and competent at her job. Tables cleared during my visit, toilets clean.

was okay but the store has no AC which they had a sign about on the door, but you can sit outside. iced peach tea was very very flavourless and tasted like water, but we went back and told them and they put in more syrup so it was fine then. toilets were fine but had no soap

Not the best experience really. Advertise they are open at 6am then when you go their at 7.15am they are shut. Also had issues recently with products being advertised then when you. Ask for them they are not available. On the plus side the staff are friendly and helpful.

Very fast and friendly service. Spotless inside and plenty of seats available.

I don’t think that it really deserves the 1 star!! I went today with my daughter , service was very slow and when I finally got my drinks , they were awful! The white hot chocolate was like water , when I mentioned to the person behind the counter she just looked at me.
They were served and all dripping down your side of the glass mugs - I was just handed a bunch of tissues to wipe the mugs.
It was probably the worse costa that I’ve been to and certainly the dirtiest , the last thing that you want to look at when you’re waiting for your drinks is over flowing bins behind the counter!

Iced Caramel Frappe with Coffee and cream as a sunny weekend treat. The drive through is great, the café is often closed towards the end of the day as it quietens down.

Coffee was delicious as usual food was OK but there is still a
lack of gluten free choice for a national chain. Other than certain flavours of crisps there is nothing savoury and only a couple of items in the sweet range one of which is a mince pie and therefore seasonal. I think you should be able to do a lot better.

Me and my husband had 1 hour spare before we had to collect our son, so we thought we’d have a quick coffee. We arrived just past 4pm on a Sunday (store closes at 5.30pm) but the doors were locked. All the lights inside were on and a member of staff saw that we tried to open the door, but he looked away and continued what he was doing behind the counter.

There were no signs to state the shop was closing earlier. We felt very silly and we’re very annoyed that the young man behind the counter didn’t even come to the door to tell us they were closing earlier etc.
