Costa Coffee

Ordered 1 hot soya latte and one iced oat latte. Got one hot cow's milk latte and one hot oat latte, corrected them as I could see on receipt what I said was on there but still only got the cold one right. Visited 18/08 2:20pm

Visited yesterday and just wanted to say what a credit to Costa Charlie is, she took the time to talk to a lone/vulnerable customer which goes a long way in my books. It is a shame that other customers didn't share the empathy/care that she did by moaning that the dirty table (which they sat down at) hadn't been cleared!

I wasn't given the right order and when asked for the drinks I ordered I was met with attitude when I just wanted the drinks I ordered! When given the 'correct' order, my daughter was given real milk in her iced latte when I ordered her soy milk as she is vegan and I was given the soy milk latte - which I do not particularly enjoy. I was also charged for a large but given a medium drink so when my daughter went up to resolve the issue, the barista who served me initially called 'Charlie' started loudly arguing with my daughter and when my daughter asked for the difference in money back, Charlie said 'ok I'll give you the 30p back' while shrugging her shoulders and acting as if we shouldn't be getting the money back. This is not the customer service we're usually met with in this costa so we were frankly appalled and will no longer be visiting this costa.
Both of us were left with drinks we did not enjoy and the service ruined our visit.

coffee served on a dirty and sticky cup with coffee residue on the rim. the thin boy, despite the request to change the cup, refused only because he was serving other people. I strongly advise against it

This Yeovil branch is always closed change there hours at short notice, particularly Sundays. There’s always some unforeseen circumstances we can’t open til 12 or close early. Shocking

WiFi is constantly down. Pretty annoying. Lovely coffee and staff though

Went here and the tables were all dirty. Hot chocolate didn't taste right. Didn't give me the safe feeling cafe vibes

I popped in to Costa coffee for a coffee with friends.
We were all very disappointed.
In a word it is shabby.
The windows were dirty.
The decor was faded.
The chairs were threadbare on the arms and the seats badly stained. The floors were dirty and worn with strips of tape to cover up tears and damage. A bit like you see on a building site.
This is not what this part of Yeovil needs.
On a positive, the food counter and coffee preparation area was clean and tidy. My coffee was excellent, as was the staff. All of whom were well presented, hard working and polite.
