Starbucks Coffee

Lovely Starbucks.
Although busy as was there in the morning, the lady who served me was quick, efficient all while not looking flustered with a friendly manner, I really believe good service makes the world of difference. I nearly didn't return here after a negative experience in the past but I'm glad I did today.

It's a small store with entrance inside and out of the station. But still a reasonable amount of seating.

Been to this Starbucks many times before and never had a problem. This time however I went to use the Starbucks app but was told I couldn't because I had to pay through the app. But I am aware that the app points system changed not too long ago where that is not the case anymore and I've used the new system without paying through the app in many other Starbucks store with no issue. It meant I couldn't get the points or redeem the reward I had for free drink. It's not a huge deal but if every other Starbucks system in Stafford is up to date they should be too.

Although the staff and location were fine. The only Gluten Free option for food/sandwiches contained pork, which really disregards the fact that Muslims for example can be gluten intolerant and vegans can be gluten intolerant.
I understand you can't make a universal sandwich but I am non Muslim and I don't eat pork, Muslims don't eat pork and a lot of others don't eat pork! I'm surprised that Starbucks as big brand would have just one gluten free food option at a train station and choose for that one option to only have pork in it! In 2022.

I was served by Joe- I had to repeat myself four times, he STILL got my order wrong. I was treated like an inconvenience when I was the only customer in the store. Wasn’t trained properly clearly, because he didn’t know how to charge me and the service was overall slow and almost made me miss my train. I have been served before in this store by a blonde girl however who was lovely. The one star is for her 🫶

I've been served by Cody many times and she is always so pleasant, very efficient and makes the best decaffeinated Americano with hot whole milk on the side haha. This lady always does her best even when under a lot of pressure, and I hope she is rewarded and looked after by the Company. Many thanks, your hard work is noted and appreciated.

Cody served me today, she was working both the tills and making the drinks alone with a queue of customers waiting - despite this she was very friendly and polite. I really enjoyed my experience in store today :)

Cody and Janice are so nice! I've been served by Cody before when I get coffee in the morning before university, she's always really lovely and the drinks are made so well 😊

Served by Kate and Cody this morning, both were really friendly. Bean here quiet a few times and staff are always friendly. My drink was served quickly and tasted really good. Can't fault the service or food/drink
