Caffè Nero

This was the first time I have used my meerkat discount and it went well, lovely coffee.

Needs a bit of a make over. Looks a bit tired inside. However our cappuccinos were very good and the chocolate bars we bought. Even better, there is 25% of food and drink with the Meercat app.

Probably the best coffee shop in Stafford - plenty of space and nobody cares how long you stay. Great paninis and sandwiches and plenty of drinks/cakes options!

I actually like the food from here hence me always coming back but Uber Eats is awful. My last 3 orders: the first two had items missing and had been substituted without contacting me first, then the third the quality was simply shocking. My partner is eating a butter croissant and says “it tastes bad this, I don’t know why you keep going there”, so I look at him and he’s literally eating a stale, hard and burnt disgusting croissant, you have to laugh. I replied by saying “why are you even eating that?!” - please see the photo!
I hope the management can see this and stop it from happening. I don’t know how you can get away with it!

The place was very run down and tables and chairs were dirty.
The cake wasn't very fresh. Good job the hot chocolate was hot!

Nice place and food/drink. Staff are always really friendly.
