Cafe Nero always had decent coffee except in this place . I ordered iced latte and cappuccino and both were a huge fail in terms of taste and hygiene. The iced latte was bitter coffee with almost no milk and the barista who made the coffee used the wiping cloth ( the one used to clean the counters) to clean the dripping milk from the cup .I basically caught her in the act and told her not to use cloth and to change the cup. If I didn’t notice this , she would have served that coffee to me . Disgusting !! Never ever go to this place . If you prefer other Nero within the area , try the one on top of elys.

Poor service recently. Short staffed. Can't get orders right. Asked for a regular cappuccino and I get a cappuccino in a small cup. Annoying when you're paying 3.60 for a coffee.

Coffee was quite nice and there are more varieties offered than in other chains, like the espresso con panna. There are vegetarian cream options, too.

Lots of seating inside and a few out, but it's often quite busy and loud as a result, so not easy for conversing. Service was slow and three people's orders were taken at once, so it got somewhat confusing and mixed up, but the baristas were quite amicable.

Unfortunately due to its busy nature it can be quite messy. Seven coffee cups were left on one table. We took an empty one that had water marks and crumbs. Lots of espresso shots left on the machine unused, some full and some empty.

Went to this cafe Nero for very first time and it's really awful place to have coffee. I had to throw away my cappuccino. Place were really busy and lack of stuff in the shop is easily noticeable. Really Like a cup of cafe Nero but this shop, never again!

If i could i would give 0
Jugs were very dirty
Broken glass cake display, queue to the door and the other barista decide to go on break.
Toasties were very dirty i wouldn't get a toastati there
I asked for an iced flat white the guy did not even know how to make it red jug -.- not clear one like this you blend the ice
Customer service very bad, the coffee definitely not 21 sec
I do work for caffe nero as Assistant manager so i know the standards.
Honestly with the amount of coffee ground that was on the side you could make 50 coffees.
Customer in front of me asked for a luxury mocha and of course he just got a normal one instead..

Totally love the atmosphere! And the location is perfect for enjoying a hot cup of coffee or tea after the half day wandering around Richmond park before taking your train home at Wimbledon station. London red buses seen through the window complete the mood ♥️

I love to come in here for coffe. They make one of the best espresso I tried in UK. They are always polite with clients and there is a nice vibe all around. Also the location is perfect, not far from Wimbledon station and very close to the Wimbledon shopping center.

Of all the coffee shops around this is probably the busiest. Coffee is not bad at all but the main issue is they sometimes just don't understand what on earth your talking about. Today I ordered a mocha (via the app for pickup so hard to get wrong), and was given a frozen something, I then said no a mocha... I was then made and handed a frozen something else... I then said no a mocha again with more emphasis, finally got a mocha... You are almost always guaranteed never to a single label on a food item in their food cabinets correct, so you end up playing hunt the label.
