Cappuccino was excellent. Staff pleasant. The best I've had since France. Good place for people watching.

Visited today never again. Absolutely disgusted. I bought coffee £2.45 then asked to pay £2.75 ??????? I had to pay 30p for water to warm my grandsons lunch . Never in all coffee shops in Mansfield have I ever been charged for water to warm baby food .
You should be ashamed I was so angry I didn’t even drink coffee.
Beware of this discusting charge

Clean tidy & very friendly lady's at the counter shall visit again

Just called today at 2.30. Went and sat on soft back chairs my sister was called across the cafe because it was closed. The cafe doesn't close until 4. We have always sat on the back seats and never closed it that early. They could have lost a lot of custom today because of this. If you want to clean up and go early put a different closing time on.you could only sit on a few chairs near the till then they go mopping the floor with the smell of disinfectant while you are trying to drink your tea

The fresh baked food is excellent and the staff are pleasant and friendly. My only main criticism is that the service is incredibly slow, it took nearly 15 mins standing in a queue before I got to the cash desk and I was only the 3rd in line.

Staff need lessons in customer service.I stood on my own at the counter waiting to be served while both of the staff were stood together looking at pictures on their smartphones.When my wife told them that a customer was waiting she got a childish and petulant"alright I'm coming"!! I walked off in disgust and won't be going back.A shame you can't give a zero score because this place deserves it.

Awful awful service, spent 20 minutes getting served while she was on the phone then sat down drinking my coffee and noticed people queuing and walking away while she was in the shoe shop opposite talking to people that worked there
