Caffe Nero

Had a Latte and a Pain Aux Raisin. Both excellent quality. The pastries are freshly baked and crisp.

I come here often and the baristas are always so welcoming, professional and friendly.
But today in particular James made me feel at ease when I embarrassingly missed a step on the stair and dropped my coffee all over the floor. Couldn't have asked for a better response and such a delightful individual.

I would definitely recommend this café.

This is my favourite cafe to go in the city centre because of the friendly staff and the quality of the drinks/food. Every barista and cashier I have interacted with were all so kind and positive, which always left me with that same energy when I leave to go about the rest of my day. Truly such a wonderful environment.

I was at this Nero again yesterday, served by a barista and a new female employee. Excellent service from both. As I sat enjoying my purchases, time and again the staff around me helped out patrons, gave directions and were overall lovely. The best Nero I have been to! 10/10

Good value place to grab a hot drink in Oxford city centre, with a nice range of drinks and snacks. Really liked the interior with all the books, especially the single seat stations, perfect if you want to get a bit of work done. Staff were very friendly and rescued my phone when I misplaced it and kept it safe.

Caffe Nero on High Street is my favourite place to go when I want to drink coffee and do my own work at the same time. There are more seats downstairs, and I can see many people studying in the cafe during Oxford term time.
I personally like to drink their iced Americano because I love iced Americano and this is one of the few cafes in Oxford that it tastes nice. I have also tried their festive menu, Salted Caramel Brownie Hot Chocolate and it tasted really great.

I'm here most days with my Dog, lovely staff, nice atmosphere and comfortable.
