Costa Coffee (market Street)

Costa on market St in Wellingborough is one of two costa's that are located outside and within the swansgate centre. Set on the corner of market St and Midland Rd a area in the pedestrian only section of the shopping centre with the main store and building along the Midland Rd one-way system selling the usual costa pre-packaged snacks and fair, toilets are located at the back of the store. tables around the side have mains outlets for pc and phone charging no car parking near the store but ample parking in the nearby multi storey carpark.

Nice Black Forest Hot Chocolate And Friendly Hard Working Staff This Costa Coffee Is The Best The Other One Being One The One In The Swansgate. One Of The Best 2 Costas In Wellingborough. I Didn't Notice The Bonfire Hot Chocolate. I Had A Black Forest Hot Chocolate And It Was Nice. Me And Me Mum Had A Black Forest Hot Chocolate And My Dad Had A Latte. Well Done Costa Coffee I Praise You. Wasn't As Busy I Thought

Mostly things were fine we had a nice visit however what brings the rating right down is the fact that my Wife ordered a coffee and despite the fact she explained that she was sitting in she was given a takeaway cup. This would be fine if you could recycle them but you can't as they are plastic lined.

Even during a pandemic and lockdown I can get my Costa fix. I love the fact they've added the white hot chocolate to their normal menu now. The staff at this branch is always friendly, always smiling and create a welcoming atmosphere.

So rude young lady with blonde hair kept huffing when I made my order due to the fact I had a mask on and there was also a screen in the way seemed like she couldn't be bothered to even talk to you with a bit of decency let alone be at work in general.
And a few people in but all the spare tables where full of mugs cups and rubbish when I asked if they will be cleared and sanitised I was told very rudely well all you have Todo is push the trays to one side! I said no it needs to be sanitised before I'm sitting my children anywhere the reply I got was well it's that or nothing so I took my drinks and left we was staying for food but never EVER again will I revisit this place so dirty and down right rude shame on u Costa
