Costa Coffee

Costa coffee in kettering hospital main entrance by the main lifts to the wards areas set in the old WRVS shop a full costa cafe with all the usual costa pre-packaged snacks and fair. Friendly staff are helpful. Very busy now established lots of hospital staff and patient's popping in for a snack and coffee to take back to the wards

Went for a hot chocolate and toastie after some treatment - Toastie was great hot chocolate was awful! Took it back told them it tasted like hot water - No flavour - really helpful exchanged it. Unfortunately it was still the same!! 😱😱 So I told them again they offered another again I refused.
Just for info the Hot Chocolate is usually lovely !!!!!!!

Great place and bonus it's a Costa. Hospital is never a nice place to be whether patient or visitor so having somwhere you can get away from it all is good.

As you'd expect from any Costa. Service was swift. Food and drink was as expected. Busy at times due to location.

This is not the costa coffee in the main entrance and run probably by the hospital.

Some of the staff need to remember they are dealing with the families of very ill people so need to be patient

We are at the hospital for medical purposes involving my dad it's very stressful at this time, we asked for ice for our drinks and told they didn't have a lot and so no we couldn't have it, we paid for our items and we asked for our cakes he said wait a minute she has the tongs, seriously do you only have one pair of tongs this would incur transfer would it not!!! I asked to speak to the manager about the service and his response was its his demeanour surely if this is the truth the person should not be working in a customer facing role,

What can I say? Coffee and a 5 hour wait for blood tests. Add in porridge and a chocolate twist you can fall asleep in a sugar and carb coma. Bless my poor dad! Thank you Costa for making our visits to the hospital not so bad.
