Why don't we have these in the states!! Best mocha ever!

Very slow service 10+ minutes to serve 2 people with 3 drinks. Large hot chocolate ordered and because person behind me wanted small same just half filled the cup to save time. Coffee machine was very dirty with half hearted attempt to wipe between uses. Staff very vocal to customers in front of me that they didn't want to be there. No sign of any management. I'll stick to gregs next door for service and quality.

Costa Coffee is a great place to enjoy a refreshment in a comfortable environment with plenty of space. Nice large windows allow you to watch the comings and goings while you relax. Alfresco dining available too. Good quality coffee served by enthusiastic young people.

Very clean, good environment. However the customer service was slightly appalling. I wouldn't use this as a reflection on all members of staff but there were two girls on when I got served who weren't very helpful. When one as taking our order the other stood and watched when there was a table that needed cleaned, the only table of two big enough for me and the other two people I was with. When our order was ready it was not taken to us, but one of the ladies quietly said that's ours in the most offhandish way you could imagine and left in at the ordering counter. We ordered a few drinks and with one of them, some cream and marshmallows. First off when we ordered it and were offered this option we said yes without having been told that they are an extra 50p each.. EACH. But we said oh well and went along with it anyway, it was only ￡1. THERE WERE 4 MARSHMALLOWS IN A GLASS AND A THIN LAYER OF SQUIRTY CREAM ON THE TOP... Thus this review. Really nice exterior and interior, good coffee, wonderful seating. Brilliant customer service one thing though the staff do need to speak louder, could barely hear them!

Great local coffee shop, parking in town very poor sorry council you need to fix this, its a Costa does the same as the rest, good place to do work as quiet. Still great staff sadly no internet again, so did not stay.

My husband loves coming here for a coffee and cake. Friendly service and good prices!

Located in a premium area of Dumbarton centre, with the usual quality of the Costa coffee shop. A place where you can enjoy a break and even recharge your phone or take a longer break and charge your laptop. Served by an excellent and helpful staff.
The only downside is that is a little bit small for the demand it has so sometimes you will have to wait for a table.
