The middle aged dark haired lady serving was SO rude! We asked for a drink that was out of stock and she aggressively told us she didn’t have it. 1) how would we even know this? and 2) you work in customer service - even if you’ve told somebody this 100 times that day already, at least apologise surely? Barely said please or thank you. Manners cost nothing and make such a difference on a customer’s experience. The other staff seemed lovely.

The place was rammed as the heavens had opened and as a result there were lots and lots of people queueing adding stress to everyone working there...... But it's not acceptable to be rude when you're speaking to people !! I was the. Told off for moving a tray so I could sit down as I wasn't "insured" to do it. The coffee and mince pie was lush but the service and staff spoiled the experience.

It is a very nice place. The workers are so lovely, and it's a very relaxed atmosphere. And also the drinks are very good!

Went to this Costa at 1pm on Thursday 12th January couldn’t believe the sign on the door “Closed for staff lunch 12.30 to 1.30” thought that was the time you should be open, your Customers Lunchtime !!!!

Excellent Costa branch. Quick friendly service and lots of seating plus free wi-fi. Tried their flat white with winter blend and extra shot. Can easily recommend.

Really nice and friendly staff. Felt very safe here with the track and trace app. The tables were very clean and socially distant. The atmosphere was really nice and would definitely come here again.
