Costa Coffee

This place is going downhill. The quality, hygiene, and staff are awful. The staff are lazy, laidback and provide very slow service. My drink took 20 minutes to make and my friends and the people waiting for their drinks we’re very frustrated . The place is dirty and staff are not organised and have no time management.

Tables are dirty and toilets are disgusting.

Staff aren’t professional in making the drinks and look like they’re at work to talk with friends.

I’ve been hearing from many friends that this Costa has not been meeting the high standards however I said I’ll give it a chance , and let me tell you it will be the last time I go to this Costa

I recommend you all to go to the Costa near Tkmaxx which has excellent service and staff and not disappointing at all

I love drinking piping hot coffee, and Costa Coffee serves the perfect hot coffee! Tried white hot chocolate for the first time and I loved it. It was the right amount of sweet and they even provided extra milk. I topped it with some marshmallows and chocolate flake and it tasted amazing. Unfortunately they ran out of maple syrup, so we couldn't order Maple Hazel Latte. So we ended up ordering Hazelnut coffee which was good too.

Often go to this Costa in Queen St Cardiff. It is very popular so sometimes its difficult to get a seat at certain times. From spring to autumn there is seating outside which helps a lot. A good range of hot and cold drinks and also food, sandwiches, hot or cold and a great range of biscuits, cakes and pastries.

Busy in afternoon nice and chilled most time drinks and food gone up to much

The barista was helpful, all staff pleasant and gave us advance notice they were closing so we could finish up.

Not the best Costa in Cardiff but the coffee was good. Service was good but not that welcoming. Not the best of Costa's in terms of decor or surroundings.

Costa coffee Queen St, Cardiff.. won't be going back to this particular one, sat at one table but moved because of all the marks on table.second table was no better..daughter brought back tea, capacino plus cake. Cup was dirty two forks were dirty too..table next to us was empty with dirty cups and tray on for some time. New customer came in and had to move stuff from table before sitting down..once she done that an assistant came over and asked if she wanted her table cleaned
