The coffee is good yes from time to time. But the staff didn't seem to care. Only one table I managed to find to sit in the staff didn't bother to even clear up the tables knowing people were sitting in. Disgusting. Like I say good coffee and all but yeah 👍

Saved by coffee #1 whilst on a visit to Swansea that, unless I am mistaken, does not have many quality coffee houses. It was early morning and only 1 behind the counter so quite a wait to be served. Nevertheless it was worth waiting for.

Just came in with my wife and son. Lovely, clean and charming coffee shop with a great atmosphere.
2 flat whites later and very happy. We'll done Coffee#1 👍👍👍👍👍👍

If I could give a zero I would for allowing dogs inside the cafe!!
When will dog owners understand that some people have Asthma and allergies to dogs and cats, some have a phobia and are scared of dogs and some just don't want a dog inside a cafe or restaurant!! I was sitting eating and the dog was next to my table and start shaking twice next to me!!!! I DON'T WANT A DOG HAIR IN MY FOOD!!!! I JUST LEFT MY FOOD AND GOT OUT I WAS SO ANGRY I DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR A REFUND WHICH I SHOULD HAVE, UNFORTUNATELY. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME TO COME HERE.
Dogs shouldn’t be allowed in cafes, restaurants, or places where food is being served. There is no reason. Keep it outside its fur is flying everywhere, it’s smelly, and god knows what other germs they bring in where people eat.!!!

First time to the cafe and I thought it was quite spacious and not overly crowded, but perhaps it was also too early for people. Ordered red Berry tea, and cappuccino and some croissants and cakes. The food was average and nothing much to rave about. The staff at the counter was attentive but I wouldn't say necessarily engaging or friendly. It was alright but wouldn't really go there again.

I popped in for a quick coffee and a bite to eat, I had the seasonal coffee in a latte which is very tasty and highly recommend. The panini I wanted was out of stock but the staff were accommodating and kindly removed the tomato from another panini I ordered.

It was very busy but this did not effect the speed or efficiency of the service the staff delivered.
