Although refurbishment is lovely, it was very cold. Hopefully heating will be sorted soon. Couldn't understand why air-conditioning was on

Lovely coffee shop. Recently refurbished to a lovely standard. Great staff, friendly efficient, but coffee was below par. I requested extra hot coffee and it was warm at best. I know they were busy but customer service is important.

Fantastic food, very hot, good quality. Fantastic drinks. Friendly staff, happy to explain about their ingredients, due to me being fussy. Fast service 🌻 🌻 🌻 will definitely be returning 🌻 chatty staff which is lovely and happy 😊 x

Considering it’s inside a cinema a fairly large Costa with lots of seating available. Also the staff there have always been great! My son loves coming here and picking up his regular babychino
