Starbucks Coffee

Probably the worst service I’ve ever had. Ever. The staff member behind the till actually rolled her eyes at me when I walked in. What?! Then the girl who handed me my Frappuccinos declared (to her colleague) “I’m so happy I’m leaving so I don’t have to make any more fraps!” Way to make a customer feel special. Avoid this place and go to Green Door bakery down the road.

As other reviews really poor Starbucks. Really filthy floor and nearly every table has used mugs, food etc etc, 4 staff and not one clearing tables. Even the coffee machine isn't working!!!!! Last time visiting this Starbucks!

Visited at 3.45 PM today and had poor service , very slow and generally almost rude. The flat white was awful, just far too strong with bits in the not bottom o the cup.

They had no sugar available and apparently totally run out.

The tables and floor were dirty and both toilets dirty and no hand soap.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. This is normally a good one but today surpassed itself making it the worst ever used.

Very sad for the area as not much else other than a cafe in Morrisons or McDonalds down the road where I will go in future.

The Manager was walking around with aI assume a new hire and barged past customers waiting for their drinks.

Starbuck's should look at the location !!!

Just had to wait nearly 20 minutes for one cup of coffee for the second day in a row. Huge queue all the way to the front door. Not enough staff and an epicentre for mother's and their screaming kids.

Cafe area, food and service was all great, however I was really shocked when I used the toilets. Starbucks really needs a refurb on their toilets and also they need to be cleaned, nothing worse then eating at a place that doesn't care about the customer toilets 😔

Toilets filthy, no soap, rubbish everywhere, bin overflowing, only 2 staff in who to be fair were trying their hardest - but they had no chance. 5pm so busy, long queue 10 minute wait to be served. Shocking experience. Will drive 10 minutes further next time for a better experience. Does anybody from Starbucks read these??? I should have read the other reviews before coming!

Sorry but this particular place was very unwelcoming. I felt sorry the two staff trying to serve the queue of customers. The place was untidy and the toilets were dirty. The hand washing facilities were minimal. Poor coffee in a basic mug. Might have been better on a building site.

I go here nearly every day and the staff are always polite, kind and helpful. They always go above and beyond within their customer service - I'd love to name members of staff but each one of the team has always been fantastic! Thanks guys
