Costa Coffee

Very busy, but unlike others Costa outlets I have visited it was clean and tidy, making tables that were empty usable and pleasant to sit at. Food and coffee were up to their usual standards, very enjoyable. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Lovely staff nice & clean. The only complaint I have is people with lap tops sitting on tables of 4 and finished their drink's & still using the internet & people unable to sit.

Fab drinks, lovely staff, didn't eat anything so can't comment on that. It's not as cozy as some Costa coffees.

Very busy outlet with long queues to get served. We have visited several times with my wife who is disabled. It is very difficult to find a table. One very annoying issue is that whilst my wife who is on crutches so cannot stand for long, there are customers who having finished there coffees are sat reading books or working on their laptops, and were still there after we had left some 45 minutes later. This practice should be stopped as it is stopping other customers from being able to sit down. After all Costa's is supposed to be a coffee shop not a library or IT centre. We have now decided not to be return and will find somewhere else to have a morning coffee and to eat. I have given a 5 star rating to the questions asked as it would not be fair to mark these areas down as they do not co ver the complaint I am making.

Quickly cleaned table, awesome Latte with fresh whipped cream and marshmallows, also a decent cappuccino.

Always a queue!! But remains my favourite coffee shop!!
Lovely, hard pressed staff doing their best.
Nice choice of cakes too.

This costa was OK, had to wait some time, very busy which I understand but hot chocolate 🍫 was luke warm.

Good for a coffee and cake, very busy as just over a week to Christmas 🎄
