Very nice staff and made sure I knew that food i had chosen was vegan encase I hadn't seen as I'd also picked up non vegan

Not good. very slow staff and dont listen to customers orders, asked for a caramel latte and got a hot cross bun one instead they dont even sound the same i will stick to the riverside one from now on

Friendly staff, Rebecca came over to the queue to take orders to make the ordering process quicker for customers. What a great idea.
Izy is a great asset to the place. She was very helpful and asked if we needed our table clearing to give us more room. This was a great help to us on a small table.

Went in Monday evening and ordered two drinks, waited ten min for the drink and whilst sat waiting a member of staff walked over and said we are closing in ten minutes, do you want takeaway? We replied no and had them eventually in cups but the staff were very rude and slow. They should’ve just said we close in ten mins do you want them to takeaway?

We go here most weeks and is always a pleasure. Friendly staff and good service.

It's a Costa. Nothing really to shout about, but serves good coffee. Lots of seating and free WIFI.

Would love to give 5 stars but the queue wes long and only one person serving.

Very friendly staff and very welcoming. Would highly recommend going here for a very nice cup of coffee.
