Stunning food , the Oreo waffle with chocolate sauce and cream and vanilla ice cream.
Banana and toffee waffles with cream and vanilla ice cream, they were the most delicious taste great portion size for price , friendly helpful staff. Was a great dining out experience while out shopping. 😁😁👌

I usually have a good experience with this coffee shop. Good coffee and cake and I like supporting independent local business. Today however was different, rude waitress with an attitude. I ordered a cake and she entered something else which she said was the same price. I pointed out that it's not and she made face obviously annoyed as she has to give me a refund and spoke to a colleague. Next time, do your job properly and don't get mad at the customer because you're lazy so do your job properly.

Lovely place for coffee and something for eat. We have landed there Sunday evening, for quick bait and coffee, and came out it is seriously amazing. Coffee great, cakes great, atmosphere brilliant, waitress really nice and helpful. I have taken hazelnut cake for £3.40 and my girlfriend coconut'n'raspberry for £3.10 as I remember, and both worth them prices. Coffee prices standard, £2.70 latte and flatwhite. Great place, good vibes and nice taste. Great job Team👍

My favourite coffee shop in Crawley, love the tasty coffee and the different north-African sweets. However, some of the staff ( young girls) need proper training on how to treat costumers and how to make good coffee (not too strong and bitter), they also need to smile more often.

There was a young man once and he was really nice and helpful, the coffees he make also were perfect! Thank you

The best coffee I have had in ages served promptly and fabulous surroundings. Perfect for a visit. Much better than Costa by miles. It didn't last us long I couldn't put it down.

Shared a 'Fruity' Waffle and was delicious. Lovely staff and clean inside, plenty of room. Cool decorative ceramics and interior lights. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

I usually go to Starbucks (which is right next to this cafe) but stopped going to Starbucks as the staff there just don't know how to make coffee...it's well below par!

Tried Arabica Coffee for the first time as a replacement (almost 2 years ago) and have never looked back.

#Coffee#
The coffee tastes flavourful and is never burnt.
The range of coffee available will give any other coffee establishments in the town a run for their money.

#Food#
The food is delightfully tasty - the way in which the food looks, tastes and is presented to you genuinely puts the bigger coffee chains to shame - this is how it's meant to be done. They also have a great patisserie selection, my personal favourite are the pistachio cannolis (yum! 😋).

#Service
Service has always been prompt.

#Cleanliness
The hygiene in the cafe has always been on par. Can't fault them - please keep it up. Makes the entire experience more enjoyable and I've become a repeat customer because of it (one of the reasons).

Overall, highly recommended - you won't regret it.

If you like chai lattes, this is an amazing place for you. There is the choice between 7 of them. They all have great flavour with one of the spice highlighted (vanilla, cardamom or ginger for instance). The decoration is nice with a modern wood style. The cakes and donuts are good too for an affordable price.
