Fantastic shop! Just got back from a holiday in Poland and came in here and it was like being transported back to Poland! Such a wide range of products. Lots of different Kefir. Love it!

a good store, but the lack of price tags for half of the products is annoying. that's why I go to another stores more often, where it is clear to me in advance how much I will pay for each product

Great choice of food options. Friendly and helpful staff. I visit them every week. Never been dissapointed.

Went in with my wife to get some Polish items for Christmas and I was waiting patiently behind another customer at the meat counter. Another customer came afterwards and she got served first. I spoke out and the lady serving started pointing a finger at me that we were not on the queue. This made me really upset, especially when she showed me a sign high up asking for the queue to start from the other side. There was not a mad rush for the meat counter so that point was mute. The lady kept on arguing and talking back, after this realised customer service was not their greatest asset hence my feedback. I stopped her serving my wife or I and asked for a different server to do this. Will spread this message to whoever cares to listen, just the worst way to treat a customer especially of they are black.

Best polish shop, very clean, good choice of products, nice shop assistants. I had a box of chocolates like a gift for spending more then 50£.
