HSDC South Downs

Attended four years here. Amazing college!!! All staff very helpful, lovely place and have met some amazing people and got so many memories that I'll cherish forever! It is what you make it, thanks for the lessons and help even if I was a little madam at times and didn't help myself. It is very much appreciated and I highly recommend this college!!!

I hope that today's students are able to learn whatever health conditions they have. I had epilepsy which the college was fully aware of and said I could do a child care course. 2nd day in college had a seizure I was sent home then my mother received a letter saying I wouldn't be allowed back to complete my course. As of that I have never been able to get any qualifications or a career. Believe me I have tried!! 😢

The tutors ate so rude!! It's like an old boys club. They stick together even though they are in the wrong. Time will tell if they are any good at actually educating the young people there.

This college look like someone came into college and trashed the place and it smells like smelly smoking people and that why I give it one star ⭐and also the foods and drinks ate so much money 🤑💰 like a the Starbucks are so money 💰🤑 like 250 pounds or 380 pounds shesh i not paying that much for a Starbuck

What a friendly group of people, really nice experience as a parent. Great with my daughter who has anxiety. I can finally see a future for her.

Now at the end of November, still going strong. Any anxieties or worries are dealt with swiftly. Really very happy with this college!

This college HSDC well unfortunately it’s a low rating from me not even worth 1 star but can't score them 0.

My overall experience at South Downs campus as a student was just awful as I have mental health issues and I'm also autistic. This college never helped me and as a result my mental health had become worser and my overall health had deteriorated while studying an A Level course. I'm pleased to say know my health is getting much better now since leaving HSDC this year and I'm now studying elsewhere and I'm much happier there.

HSDC are not very nice to their students and staff and still fail to reward most students with achievements or milestones that they work so hard to reach while studying especially those with learning difficulties such as myself. HSDC needs serious improvement in my opinion and I hope they do improve.

I would not recommend this college to any parents or new students and would strongly advise them to avoid HSDC and to look at other colleges elsewhere. This college is not autism friendly and is a very bad place to study at for people with learning difficulties.

Brilliant campus and amazing catering team can't wait for the new uplift
