Sidney Sussex College

Went for a work Christmas social. The dining room was very elegant, however the service was awful.

There was about a 20 minute delay between the main course for vegetarians and non vegetarians. Completely understaffed for the event. Shame, since everything else was great.

Beautiful building. Very tranquil inside.

Situated in the city centre, just opposite Sainsbury's. You might just miss it as there is just a small door open at the entrance. Amazing courtyards and well-maintained buildings and landscape!

I stayed here during a conference. Our room was not in the old part, but had everything we needed. Breakfast is served in the old part, which looks quite interesting with all the old paintings. Since it is very central, with a Saintsbury at the other side of the road and loads of nice pubs around, it's a good location for a stay in Cambridge.

Cold ventilation in room- I asked them to block it off but nothing was done for several weeks (central heating not on in october anyway and electric ones aren't safe overnight), especially when it's already cold autumn time. The rest of the stay was reasonable.

Small but lovely college in the quieter end of Cambridge. 3 relaxing and pretty gardens - great green spaces in the middle of town.

A beautiful environment and an oasis of calm with glorious, well presented gardens and a variety of beautiful buildings in both historic and modern styles. The college catering team maintain their traditionally superb standards, both in meal preparation and service, aided now by substantial modernisation and extension of facilities, and despite the remaining challenges of staffing and supply chain difficulties.

Provided a selection of arcade games, everyone couldn't be more helpful and the attractions went down a storm can't wait or our next event here
