Friendly helpful tutors who obvs know their stuff. I love attending my course x 1 thing could be better for me and thats if the college provided microwave facilities so that students could bring meals to warm up. Paying cantern prices every day adds up!

Great supportive tutors. The only thing that lets it down is if you ask a question to reception instead of directing you to the right person or answering the question they stare at you in a bewildered manner. Also the website doesn't show the costs for the courses, which means I have no idea how much a part-time Welsh course would cost! It's well and good to assume that everyone is paying via the SFW but that isn't always the case! The classes are awesome, the tutors really know the subject. But they need to sort out their reception and include course costs in a nice clear manner on their website. Unlike other places I've been to, the people in this place won't treat you like a second-class citizen if you have a disability or if you have a background outside the norm. Some places say 'education for all' but they don't mean it, since they make you feel unwelcome and they make you feel like you don't deserve an education. However, this college really does welcome their students and give them the respect that every human being deserves. They just need to make it easier to query information and to find out costings on their website.

When I started my course two years ago, my tutor thought that I would find it to much of a struggle. Two years of learning how to use a computer, along with the Engineering course, and I worked myself into a Triple Grade Distinction Distinction Distinction. I have been asked back for the Level 4 in Engineering, for another two years.

Good old days, best time of my life when I was a HND catering student from 1978 to 1981. Very supportive lecturers and staff and truly friendly atmosphere and class mates. I wish I could find them again.

I have been going to this college for two years, and I don't want to show my name because I know I will be singled out yet again.
I have to sit in a class every week with people that don't wash and get treated like angels whilst I get dragged through glass 24/7. Had enough.

We went to Llandrillo College Orme View Restaurant for lunch for the first time in a couple of years. We used to go regularly pre covid & always enjoyed it.
We were warmly greeted by Peter with whom I'd made the booking over the phone He was very helpful & welcoming.
The students then looked after us & showed us to our table. They were also helpful & obliging.
The restaurant is large with lovely laid out tables & a fabulous view.
The lunch that day was actually a Seafood Competition between 5 colleges so we knew it would be 3 fish courses, a dessert & tea/coffee to finish.
Every course was well cooked & presented. All for £18.50 which was excellent value for money.
The restaurant is currently open to the public Wednesday to Friday lunchtime but from next term they hope to be open Tuesday to Friday.
Booking is essential. They only open during term times.
I can highly recommended it & am looking forward to many more visits here .
