Feels more like a basement where comics go to die than a comic/collectable shop.
On my visit there were customer details strewn across comic bins, enough that were I of the right mind I could have stolen this person's identity. (Pictured but redacted).
The owner was extremely patronising towards my partner and I. After she had brought up she was looking for older Silk comics he told her that if she wanted the rest they were in the comic boxes somewhere. And then asked her if she was reading the new silk run that she had brought up not 30 seconds before.
His recent comics seem to be at least a month behind anywhere else I have bought from in the past making it extremely hard to stay up to date.
To top it all off none of the comics are protected in any way, multiple issues I found were badly damaged and poorly stored.
He also seems to charge excessive amounts for non-ratio variants, Cover B's. Which I find extremely odd.
The website seems to be a relic of the 90s and is extremely difficult to navigate with dead links everywhere.

Do not order online from this shop. Terrible online experience, ordered comics 3 weeks ago and they are still looking for them. Rang up to find out what was going on and was told it would take another week, which is exactly what i was told the week before. They do things in there own time, who knows how long that would be? Don't know what they are doing, not a professional outfit at all.
Had to get in touch with my bank to get the money back.

Just go and get your comics on eBay where you can receive your orders within a week.

Don't know if they are like that because they look up there prices online and don't want to sell at the price they list for, anyone's guess.

Would never use again online or if in Wales.

Great customer service. Have been coming here for many years. The gentleman that works there can't do enough for you and very knowledgeable. Recommend it to any locals, but also tourists/other like minded visitors! :-)

I'm not really into comics, so I usually feel a bit anxious going into comic shops because I feel like I don't belong there. But I stopped by this shop to ask about a couple different series, and the owner was very engaging and didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions. He seems like a really genuine person who loves what he does, and that's always cool to see in a small business. I don't live in the area, but I'd definitely recommend this place to any comic enthusiasts who find themselves in Cardiff.

Good collection of comics but the girl behind the counter stared at me intensely for 2 minutes straight and absolutely nobody interacted with my group. Most comic stores workers like to come and discuss your interests, I don't think the guy even noticed us, personally.

Prices items very aggressively, he has very poor customer service skills. Also I find him very underhand and sligh so please be very careful with this chap everyone.

Ordered some items online but still waiting after 4 weeks. Very frustrating as I have had no response from emails, so I'm hoping they show up soon at some point. A reply or update would be great as it's not good customer service.

Big Range of comics! I've bought some cool stuff a couple of times from here, experience is always positive! Only criticism would be to put the prices on the comics.
