Friends of Monkey Park

Love the local park

It's been a long time since my last visit and I won't be returning any time soon. The grass had been left to get too long before mowing and the clippings just left, which made it hard to walk round. Yes, the playground had been updated and a few other bits, but all in all I was disappointed

Nice place, that is run very well by the Friends of Monkey Park and the community cafe etc across the road.

Really enjoyed the folk festival, a very welcoming community.

A community garden looked after by locals from the cafe and friends of monkey park. Only spoilt by mindful vandals sometimes.

So many great memories here and so glad it got a well needed revamp
