Did not send mail and claimed I did not pay for Business service Address. When I showed them I had paid for the service, they claimed I had not received any mail for a year even though HMRC and Companies house said they had sent mail.
Stopped replying my emails a few weeks to when the service I had paid for was going to expire, probably in order to force me to renew. Avoid if you do not want to miss important mail.
Communication is non existent

i purchased one of their package that included a PAYE and VAT registrations along with the planting of a seed i have not received none i have to renew the address so i can do my confirmation statement but they would not answer i have sent them numerous whatsapp messages emails and filled up the form on their website no answer
