After taking my laptop to be fixed by another computer repair business my laptop was left in a worse state, after a considerable wait. Andy replied to me quickly and fixed my laptop in a timely manner. The problem didn't reoccur. I found Andy to be incredibly helpful and professional. I would highly recommend him.

My desktop computer was constantly telling me that it was out of memory & that programs needed to close. I contacted Andy for help & he was able to recommend which memory upgrade was needed for my pc & then came & installed it for me promptly. Andy gave good advice on line that got my mouse/laptop problem partially resolved however not a fix so I took the laptop to him (all Covid precautions covered). Less than 2 hours later he asked me to collect it- fully repaired and checked. Excellent service.

Andy has now upgraded two of my ageing laptops with additional RAM and a new SSD drive.

He gave them a proper virus scan and cleaned the dust out from inside.

It is like having a new laptop for a fraction of the price.
