PCRC Laptop Repairs

Absolutely fantastic service and highly recommended. I went in with a battery issue and the battery was replaced and all working well. The first battery that was ordered didn’t work, these things happen, but he was happy to swap it over for a different battery no questions asked. I was moving abroad for some months and was up against it time wise and they went out of their way to accommodate my situation. Myself and my partner have used them on a couple of occasions and each time they have been superb. It’s great to see really positive customer service these days. Thank you

My sons iPhone 7 had a broken camera. Emailed PCRC one evening to explain the problem and they emailed back the same evening with a price to replace the camera.

Took the phone in next morning and was ready before lunchtime. The service was very friendly and professional. The price was exactly as quoted and very competitive.

I have been using this computer shop for over 5 years and it has been a great experience. Sam is very knowledgeable and has helped me increased my hard drive storage and mother board problems. Any problems I know I can go in and ask him very friendly and easy to chat to. Highly recommended.

My laptop got damaged because of water visits few shops been told they can’t fixe it was bit worried got lots of working stuff saved in device then one of my friend told me to visit PCRC and am happy guy said not to worry he fix the laptop in 2 days
