Exceptional service. Was happy to keep hold of my PC for two months while I was abroad and then as soon as I was back the repairs (replacement HDD) were completed very quickly indeed.

Managed to spill nail polish on my laptop. Let it dry then called up and it was great! The laptop is now basically as it was, he picked it up/dropped it off and it was very quick (much more efficient than the mac store where I've been previously!). Definitely worth the money knowing its in good hands.

I contacted Babylon IT solutions to repair a high quality laptop that had keyboard problems. The laptop has been repaired in a thoroughly professional manner. During the repair a problem with the battery was also spotted, so this was replaced. I have been impressed by the attention to detail, and appreciated the personal care taken.

So about a month and a half ago my Laptop died on me as the motherboard was fried. I called Babylon IT Solutions based in Cambridge to try and get it repaired. Not matter what they could do, it was broken beyond repair.

In a desperate hope in getting something sorted, I sent Nather a message with some specs I needed on a device if he could make a suggestion. Within 48 hours he has built a great desktop computer with all the specs I needed and charged £130 for it.

At all times this guy gave my updates on my laptop and what solutions he was trying, then made the effort to help me find a new computer and I’ve just got it set up and I am over the moon!

My laptop had a broken screen from accidentally dropping it. Since I am visiting from the US and had no idea where to go, I Googled a computer repair service. I came upon Babylon IT solutions, read the reviews, and decided to give them a call. Nather was able to drive to my hotel, evaluate the damage and give me a rough quote and time to repair. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I gave him my laptop on Tuesday, and he delivered it on Saturday. The new screen looks great, and his pricing is fantastic. I moved to Cambridge from the US four days ago, and I needed to bring my desktop computer with me to complete pre-employment requirements and such things. On my first day, there was an issue with the different voltage output in the UK vs the US, and my PSU was completely burnt out. I found this repair service online and reached out to see if I could be assisted in having my PC repaired, and was met with professionalism and competency of the very highest degree.
