My I Mac was booked in for a service . It was attended to promptly , and I was called when a storage issue was identified and solved . The turnaround was as advised and so I was not inconvenienced.i would definitely use Fixio again ,Matthew

Amazing service. Went in the day before Good Friday with a broken screen, wasn’t expecting to get it back before wednesday of the following week given the Easter weekend. I went in 30 minutes before they closed, and the guy serving me fixed it in 20 minutes!! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!!!

How amazing was my experience at this establishment.
So professional and nothing was too much trouble.

Sevenoaks branch. Totally professional operation. Feel very relaxed leaving my wife's laptop there. Did what I asked and offered alternative causes to investigate the problem. So nice to have good old fashioned customer service in a very modern field.

From the initial telephone enquiry to popping into the shop and the few calls after my experience from the Team at Sevenoaks was first class. I've used Macs for 32 years and have had many, these chaps know what they're talking about. If you have a Mac with an issue or a query call Fixio, job done!

I've used Fixio a number of times and they are always provide great service. They are willing to give advice on IT issues, even aside from the job I've taken to them. Very clear explanations of problems, process and after sales. Very lucky to have this on our doorstep.
