Sebastian is an extremely professional and friendly individual who was able to have my laptop repaired within a day. He saved my computer for a very reasonable price as well as being able to retrieve any data from the original hard drive.

My Lenovo laptop case had started to show signs of the lid breaking away from it's hinges (apparently a common issue). I took my laptop to Care4IT and they checked right then and there whether spare parts were available and managed to fix my laptop in a few days. I found Care4IT to be very professional and knowledgeable. A great service for all things IT in Exeter and I would definitely not hesitate to use their services again.
